opbo studio is an independent contemporary art space based in Piraeus, Athens, with a focus on contemporary art and the moving image. It operates as an exhibition platform as well as a framework for hosting, developing, and producing new creative projects.

As a platform for active artistic engagement, opbo studio presents works by emerging and established artists through a curated programme that includes exhibitions, film screenings, performances, and site-specific projects. Its vision is to explore the intersections between contemporary art practices and cinema, fostering critical dialogue with the international art scene.

In parallel, opbo studio provides production and development support for new artworks and cultural projects, both within its exhibition programme and through independent productions. The studio seeks to build long-term, dynamic collaborations with artists, supporting their vision and practice.

opbo studio has collaborated with institutions such as Eye Filmmuseum, the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST), the Benaki Museum and Eleusis – European Capital of Culture 2023. The studio has been operating since 2020 and was founded by producer and filmmaker Alexandros Tiliopoulos.
